Constance Spencer

Architect, President of the Yale Club of Charlotte, Delegate and Author

Constance holds a Masters in Architecture from Yale and a Bachelors in Environmental Design from Miami, with studies at Cornell and recently at Harvard University. She has practiced architecture for over 32 years, with her own firm currently specializing in hospitality design and retrofitting of historic buildings. She has been Chairman of the Yale Service Corps, CEO of a hybrid bus company, IVHQ participant and YaleGayle member, volunteering globally to alleviate poverty and encourage sustainable environmental practices. In addition, she is an artist whose paintings and photography have been shown in various galleries and her writing published in both non-fiction contributions and in her fictional novel "A Site Visit".
