Courtney Fortune grew up in Bellingham, Washington, where she began adding titles to her double-triple life. As a jazz-singer, composer, writer and student she has performed for audiences in Tokyo and Kyoto, Japan, and across London. After moving to Los Angeles, she began collaborating with four-time Grammy nominated producer Chris Walden, and together they released her debut album, “Speak Love” on Origin Records. She attends the University of Southern California where she studies Music Industry and Songwriting. Courtney currently writes for NY-based social club and online magazine Women’s Mafia. This year she was recognized by Glamour Magazine as one of 2009’s “Top 10 College Women”.
