Deal strategist and lawyer

Craig Fleishman is a deal consultant and lawyer whose work focuses on using strategic partnerships to connect charismatic public figures with new technology platforms.

Craig has advised Fortune 500 companies and the world’s leading entertainment figures on strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and new investment opportunities. He advises clients on complex credit, license, talent, and film distribution agreements.

Craig has also served as in-house counsel to an international investment firm, where he provided comprehensive business and legal advice to companies in the technology, telecommunications and luxury goods sectors. Craig has led negotiations with state and federal agencies, and represented investors and sponsors in the formation of private equity and venture capital funds.

Working full-time with the Obama campaign, Craig helped to recruit, train, and manage a team of several hundred attorneys. Craig has worked with the William J. Clinton Foundation and Hoop Dreams Scholarship Fund, and written a weekly column appearing in the New York Daily News.

A graduate of Cornell University and NYU Law, Craig is an Adjunct Professor at New York Law School, where he has taught legal analysis and negotiation.
