Craig S. Keener (Ph.D., Duke University) is F. M. and Ada Thompson Professor of Biblical Studies at Asbury Theological Seminary. He is author of twenty-two books, seven of which have won national or international awards, and which together have sold nearly a million copies. His work includes publications on ethnic reconciliation, in support of women's ministry, and especially commentaries, including a 1600-page commentary on John and a 4500-page commentary on Acts. He is editor of the Bulletin for Biblical Research and is married to Dr. Médine Moussounga Keener, who was a refugee in her home country of Congo for eighteen months.
