Cristie Ritz King

Holistic Health Counselor

As a former Educator, Cristie started blogging as a creative outlet. It was here that she began living her life authentically, sharing the trials and triumphs of life with readers. Interacting with the community she grew at her blog, Right Hand Mom, as well as editing Jersey Moms Blog, Cristie has learned that nothing is more rewarding than supporting people through change.

Now, as a Holistic Health Counselor, Cristie works with individuals, businesses and small groups to fulfill her mission of supporting busy people making realistic, consistent changes that lead toward healthier, happier, lives.

Cristie loves to cook and eat, so her work is not about drastic diets or deprivation. Instead she works with clients to discover their best selves on their own terms in a healthy way. She’s quickly becoming known as the Foodie Health Coach.

Cristie’s practice is national with many clients seeking counseling long distance through Skype, conference calls and webinars. Clients include parents, corporate HR departments, and women in transition, including careers changers, new moms, retirees or people just looking to make a change.

Cristie has a Master’s in Education from the University of Maryland and her Holistic Health Counseling Certificate is from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC. You can find more information on Cristie’s business website: RealLifeWellnessnj.com.
