Cylvia Hayes is an author, speaker, award winning consultant and coach. She’s also the former First Lady of Oregon. She is founder and CEO of 3EStrategies, a sustainability and new economy consulting firm. While serving as First Lady of Oregon Cylvia led the Oregon Prosperity Initiative taking a systemic approach to poverty-prevention. Cylvia is a certified Strategic Intervention coach through the Tony Robbins – Chloe Madanes Coaches Training Institute and is a student and instructor in A Course In Miracles. Cylvia loves working with people who are taking on and overcoming shame, bullying and identity crises to become empowered change-makers. She specializes in helping people and organizations develop reinvention and resiliency muscles! Cylvia also created Earth Matters a place to find tips, information and products to help all of us live a little more lightly and gently on our planet. Cylvia lives in Oregon with her life partner Governor John Kitzhaber, beloved big dog Tessa, two cats, a beehive and beloved bees and a whole yard full of birds, squirrels and the occasional raccoon. She is a major Seattle Seahawks fan.
