Founder, Dana Rebecca Designs

Since 2007, Dana Levy, a third generation designer who grew up behind the scenes on Jeweler’s Row in Chicago, Illinois, has dazzled the accessory world with her namesake collection, Dana Rebecca Designs. Known for its handcrafted, luxurious and sophisticated designs, the Dana Rebecca Designs collection is a reflection of Dana Levy’s personal style, her travels around the world, and dedication to developing beautiful and timeless jewelry.

Destined from youth to offer jewelry-couture lovers unique and breathtakingly fine accessories, Levy created her debut collection, ITSADANA, at the age 16. Upon graduating in 2006 from the University of Texas Austin with a degree in Corporate Communications and Business, Dana followed her true passion, and enrolled at the Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad, California. With a concentration in Applied Jewelry Arts, Dana emerged from the program ready to launch her own collection.

In May of 2007, Dana Rebecca Designs introduced its first collection, featuring earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings crafted in 14k golds and showcasing bold, vibrant and unique stones, such as sapphire, turquoise, chrysoprase, onyx and white agate. Through travels to culturally rich locations around the world such as India, China, Tanzania, Kenya and Brazil, Dana has fused her passion for discovering the world with her innate ability to create stunning and classic jewelry. Levy’s collection is inspired by her love for her family and friends and each piece is named after a special woman in her life.

Serving as the go-to collection for modern, one-of-a-kind pieces that are both glamorous and wearable, Dana Rebecca Designs have been worn by some of the most fashionable women in Hollywood, including Salma Hayek, Gwyneth Paltrow, Zoe Saldana, Olivia Wilde, Carey Mulligan and Carrie Underwood, to name a few.
