Dana W. White is the CEO and founder of 1055 Grady, a leadership consultancy firm in Washington, D.C. She was a foreign policy adviser to to Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) and former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. She also served as Taiwan country director in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, an editorial writer for The Wall Street Journal and the Director of Policy and Strategic Communications for the Renault-Nissan Alliance based in Paris, France. She is a regular panelist on "To the Contrary with Bonnie Erbe" an all-female news show on PBS. Her commentaries have appeared in The Washington Post, Knight-Ridder, Gannett News and a variety of international media outlets and trade publications in Asia and Europe. Ms. White's career has spanned three continents and languages. She grew up in Charlottesville, Virginia and lives in Washington, D.C. and Paris, France.
