Daphne Duquesne is the founder and editor of <a href="http://www.gastronomista.com/" target="_hplink">Gastronomista.com</a>, a site about food, flesh, women, art and design. Gastronomista's contribtors - a cheesemonger, a sommelier, a food stylist, an architect and a filmmaker - are dedicated to uncovering new ways to "Eat Like a Girl". Daphne is a fan of steak tartare, duck fat, quail eggs, honeycombs, <a href="http://www.gastronomista.com/2009/10/chicks-man.html" target="_hplink">Ira Glass' musings on the personalities of chickens</a>, and <a href="http://www.gastronomista.com/2009/10/love-letter.html" target="_hplink">Anthony Bourdain's nether regions</a>.
