The small group of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas employees that organized the credit union had a vision of providing a safe place to save and to get loans at fair rates. Located onsite in the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas headquarters in Dallas, the credit union now serves retired employees of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, active and retired employees of Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) and its current and former wholly owned subsidiaries who reside in Texas, their family members, and HCSC TX contractors.
