Dr. David A. Bray, a 2015 Eisenhower Fellow, currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for the Federal Communications Commission. He previously served as IT Chief for the Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Program (BPRP) at the U.S. CDC and later he volunteered to deploy to Afghanistan in 2009 as a special advisor for NATO's International Security Assistance Force.
