He is the co-author and creator of the award winning management methodology, The Performance Power Grid, The Proven Method To Create and Sustain Superior Organizational Performance (Wiley, 2006), and is known for creatively combining technology with progressive management methodologies that join traditional enterprise functions with the digital—big data, social media & mobile technology—initiatives to create differentiation, influence consumer behavior and create sustainable superior performance.
David is frequent keynote speaker on topics ranging from improving the effectiveness of digital initiatives, organizational performance, risk management and the impact of technology on organizations and consumer behavior. He is a former columnist for USBusiness Review, currently writes for the American Management Association, and Strictly Marketing Magazine and has written for numerous national magazines. He is a former MBA professor of Rutgers University (ranked as one of the top EMBA programs in the world) and Chairman for the Spina Bifida Resource Network. His career began as an officer in the US Army, followed by operations and supply chain management. He is SVP at Astea International.
His second book, The Decoy Artist (Pelican 2010), was nominated for NJCH Book of the Year.
