David Grosso is a native Washingtonian and proud resident of Brookland in Ward 5. David is former Chief Counsel to Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-D.C.) and past committee staff director for D.C. Councilmember Sharon Ambrose (D-Ward 6). He is currently Vice President for Public Policy at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield implementing President Obama’s federal healthcare reform. David is a member of the board of directors of Planned Parenthood Metropolitan Washington, D.C., and is currently running for an At-Large seat on the D.C. Council.
