David J. Latt, an Emmy ® Award winning producer for his work on the acclaimed Hill Street Blues and nominated for a second Emmy for producing David Lynch’s ground breaking Twin Peaks, he maintains that cooking kept him sane during long, difficult shoots, enduring unseasonal blizzards, substance abusing actors and over budget productions.
