Deborah De Santis assumed the role of President and CEO of CSH on January 1, 2007. Prior to that, she led the CSH program in New Jersey. She is a former Executive Director of the New Jersey Housing & Mortgage Finance Agency, Deputy Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, and Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the Governor. She is available to speak on topics pertaining to supportive housing and how CSH is leveraging innovation, financing and advocacy to change the trajectory of lives.
