Delta facilitated the creation and implementation of “myRyan” at Ryan LLC over eight years ago and is frequently asked to share the story of her company’s 180-degree transformation from a “Draconian” to a flexible workplace. She has spoken about Ryan’s journey at the White House, and was recently recognized by Recruiter.com as one of the “Top 10 Culture Experts” in the U.S. More than once Delta has almost been thrown out of her CEO’s office when pitching ideas to him that don’t align with his perspective. And more than once, she has been successful at changing his mind, and keeping her job! In fact, he refers to her as “the angel” on his shoulder. Delta has responsibility for Global Shared Services at Ryan, supporting employees world-wide with Legal, HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, Facilities, Strategy, and other services. She is also a member of Ryan’s Board of Managers, oversees philanthropy and outreach initiatives, and is Executive Director of The Ryan Foundation, a 501(c)(3) that supports many charities. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-PC, holds a B.A. in English and Journalism, a Master of Arts degree in Dispute Resolution, and is a certified mediator. She was named one of the top 25 female business leaders in Dallas/Fort Worth by the Dallas Business Journal, and is the inaugural recipient of Ryan’s “Chairman’s Award.” Ryan is an award-winning global tax advisory firm.
