Denise Gosnell is the founding attorney of Gosnell & Associates (www.GosnellAssoc.com), a law firm based in Fishers, Indiana.
Denise is an attorney and who is licensed in Indiana, and with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office as a patent attorney. Denise focuses on serving technology and information publishing companies on federal intellectual property, Internet, and related legal matters.
Denise has authored and co-authored eight business and technology books with Wiley Publishing. She was a computer software engineer for over 10 years for Microsoft and other software companies before becoming an attorney.
Denise received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Computer Science - Business from Anderson University, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University. She has been a frequent speaker at various television, radio, and industry events for her expertise on business, legal, and technology matters over the years.
Denise was also honored to receive the "Top 40 Under 40" award by the Indianapolis Business Journal in 2005 in recognition for her accomplishments before the age of 40.
Denise also participates in different CEO Mastermind groups, such as the Genius Network Mastermind group with Joe Polish and the Maverick Business Adventures group with Yanik Silver. She also volunteers for various charities in her community.
