Dennis Burke

Dennis Michael Burke is an Arizona-based author and political organizer. He was a leader of Arizona's successful effort to provide public financing to candidates who refuse special interest campaign contributions, and a state constitutional amendment to create an independent redistricting commission to reduce political gerrymandering. He has written for Random House on the Darfur genocide and other subjects. He is currently working in Rwanda for a book with development leader Josh Ruxin.
