Holly Kylen

Voya Retirement Coach Holly Kylen is a financial advisor with Voya Financial Advisors based in Lititz, Pennsylvania. She has built her practice helping middle class Americans and is often called by her clients the “financial planner for the people.” Her approach is down to earth and balanced between the emotional and practical side of money. In the workplace, Kylen focuses on helping employers provide the right motivational and educational programs to get employees excited about planning for retirement. Kylen is the co-author of the Retirement Planning for Women Seminar and currently serves on the Women’s Advisory Network Board with Voya Financial. She holds FINRA Series 7, 6, 63 and 65 licenses in addition to her life, accident and health licenses. Every year, Kylen and her financial firm raise money and volunteer for various organizations such as the Mount Washington Observatory and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. In addition, Kylen “pays it forward” by mentoring female financial advisors who are new to the financial planning industry through her active role on the Women Advisors Network Board at Voya Financial.
