High school student in New Jersey
Divya Mehta is a 16-year-old student who displays her passion for government and politics as President of her school Junior Statesmen of America club and President of her Model United Nations Club. Along with that she has been dancing competitive Ballet, Jazz, Hip-hop, Classical Indian, and Tap Dance since the age of 4 as well as competing on her school's Varsity Cheerleading squad . She is also the founder of a local charity club called Liberate The Chains that works to raise awareness and fund in the combat of Human trafficking globally. She has been published as a journalist in her school newspaper as well as in the Home News Tribune and Star Ledger.
