BIOGRAPHY
Don Saladino, top fitness expert and owner of Drive495, is among the nation’s most sought-after exercise authorities. Always a few steps ahead of traditional fitness trends, Saladino is in high demand as a personal trainer for professional athletes, golfers and celebrities. His client roster includes the likes of Scarlett Johansson, Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Billy Crudup, Morgan Hoffman, Keegan Bradley, Ryan Gosling, Hugh Jackman, Michael J. Fox, Calvin Klein, Liev Schreiber and Maggie Grace.

Don is currently an expert trainer for Cosmopolitan magazine’s on-demand fitness and lifestyle channel, CosmoBody, where he curates video workouts for their members. Saladino has been tapped as a fitness expert in publications such as Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness and Met Rx. He has also been featured in Origins, In Touch and People; and has made appearances doing live fitness demos on “The Today Show,” “People NOW,” “The Better Show” and “The Juice.” Most recently, Don contributed to Blake Lively’s site Preserve Us, creating mini workouts and providing advice for readers.

In 2006 Don and his brother Joseph opened Drive495, a state of the art golf and fitness training club in Soho, NY. The thought behind their company is to take an integrated approach to fitness, combining strength, core, nutrition and mobility. Their secret behind creating the most powerful athletes and designing the best fitness programs also roots from their collaborative approach. Don’s team includes strength and conditioning coaches, physical therapists, PGA teaching professionals and a holistic nutrition and lifestyle coach.

Saladino graduated from Sacred Heart University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science, where he played 4 years Division I baseball and served as team captain both junior and senior years. He continues to further his education and is currently certified as TPI-3, SFG II, SFB, RKC, FRC, NASM and FMS.

He sits on the board for the Don Monti Memorial Research Cancer Foundation and is an active fundraiser.

Don lives in Cold Spring Harbor, NY with his wife and two children.
