Donald Van Dyne is the principal and founder of JABIN Software, LLC, the developer of the iGOfsbo system and MyOpenHouseANYTIME.com. Van Dyne is an accomplished entrepreneur with more than 18 years of experience in business operations, development, sales, marketing and local government policy.

As the principal of JABIN Software, Van Dyne is responsible for developing and deploying the iGOfsbo system –- a SaaS platform that brings home sellers and buyers together to convey real estate online without a commissioned real estate broker. He developed the iGOfsbo system to offer consumers an alternative to the traditional, antediluvian real estate model. A licensed real estate agent in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Van Dyne’s focus has been in real estate development, real estate sales and property management.

In addition to his work at JABIN Software, Van Dyne also serves as president and managing partner at Chelmsford Capital Group, LLC, for which he maintains a land portfolio of commercial and residential real estate. Prior to his work at JABIN Software and Chelmsford Capital Group, Van Dyne served as president and owner of Overlake Office Furniture, Inc., where he managed all day-to-day operations of the business. During his tenure he increased retail sales 310% from 1996 to 2000 while optimizing the business for maximum efficiency.

Van Dyne has been a committed member of the Town of Chelmsford community- serving as a Town Meeting Representative, Chair of the Finance Committee, founding Co-Chair of the Chelmsford Center for the Arts, a member of the Solid Waste Recycling Committee, a member of the Charter Review Committee and a member of the Capital Planning Committee. He most recently worked with the Town Manager to be one the first communities in the Commonwealth to adopt the technology to bring electronic voting to Town Meeting.

Van Dyne has a B.A. in Justice and a Master’s degree in Urban and Financial Management, both awarded from The American University in Washington D.C.
