Melissa McCreery, PhD is a licensed clinical psychologist who focuses on the three Os that ambush successful, high-performing women—overwhelm, overload and overeating. She is the author of The Emotional Eating Rescue Plan for Smart, Busy Women and the creator of Dr. McCreery helps busy professionals, working moms, CEOs, and business owners take control of overeating and stress and add more ease, success, and joy to their health, their businesses, and their lives. Business leaders and women taking center stage in their lives work with Melissa to tackle emotional eating challenges and the accompanying imposter syndrome that struggles with overeating and weight can trigger in even the brightest and most capable.
