Nationally recognized for his success in the areas of commercial litigation and white collar defense, Dwight P. Bostwick –- a partner in the Washington, DC office of Zuckerman Spaeder –- provides clients with sound judgment and effective advocacy in high-stakes civil and criminal disputes. Among the many clients he has represented are executives, government officials, athletes, state and national associations, nonprofits, national unions, and international, national, and local corporations in the technology, health care, and commercial industries. Mr. Bostwick’s white collar experience includes representing executives, government officials, and corporations in federal grand jury investigations involving mail, wire, securities, and accounting fraud.

As a trial attorney in the Fraud Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, Mr. Bostwick conducted grand jury investigations and prosecuted criminal fraud cases in a number of states. While at the DOJ, he was one of three prosecutors responsible for the original Whitewater grand jury investigation prior to the appointment of the independent counsel, and later served as deputy special counsel for financial institution fraud in the Deputy Attorney General’s Office.
