Edie Ismene Nicolaou-Griffin

Edie Ismene Nicolaou-Griffin is currently a Data Science Master's student at the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom. She received a Bachelor of Science from Davidson College in North Carolina, where she studied psychology and neuroscience. As a longtime Amnesty International volunteer, she has a special interest in human rights and justice issues, particularly concerning youth and the environment. Although born in the U.S., Edie was raised in Athens, Greece where she traveled in the summer of 2012, with the help of the Davidson Dean Rusk International Studies program and the Pulitzer Center, to document youth narratives of the Greek debt crisis. Davidson College is a member of the Pulitzer Center's Campus Consortium. -----
