Eelco is the founder and director of KeyLance Consultancy LLC, based in New York City, focusing on fundraising and advocacy strategy for international nonprofits.
Eelco has worked many years in different capacities in international politics, policy influencing and international development aid. He is a Dutch and American citizen and has been living and working in the United States since 2006.
In addition to his mother tongue (Dutch) he speaks fluent English, French, Spanish and German. He has obtained his Masters of Laws both from Radboud University (Nijmegen, the Netherlands) and Columbia Law School (New York). In 2002 he received a Master of Arts from the College of Europe (Warsaw, Poland).
