Elaine Hopkins

Elaine Hopkins was a reporter at the Peoria (IL) Journal Star for more than three decades, where she won awards for investigative reporting. She now writes the blog PeoriaStory.com. She has taught college English classes, and is the publisher of Downstate Story, the only literary magazine published in Peoria, Illinois.
