Elizabeth is a writer and President of McCourt Leadership Group with a focus on leadership in resilience through writing, speaking and coaching/consulting. She is a certified executive coach with specialized training with Hogan Leadership and the Systemic Team Coaching. A former trial lawyer, she also has an MFA in creative writing. She has a completed her book Red Beans & Murder and is seeking representation for that as well as prescriptive non-fiction book, a personalized account on her mission of #regulargalresilience. She's also a contributing writer with On Wall Street magazine and presents at conferences stateside and abroad. She gave a TEDx talk entitled "Why You Should Spill Your Secrets." In her spare time, she's a yogi and triathlete, sponsored by Betty Designs. She lives in Westhampton Beach with her husband and dog.
