Director, Untours Foundation

Elizabeth serves as Director of the Untours Foundation, whose mission is to invest in pioneering, green businesses that generate employment among vulnerable populations. All of the Foundation's endowment is invested in these hand-selected, mission-aligned businesses. Inspiring other foundations to follow suit by investing their endowments in ways that completely reflect their values is one of Elizabeth's responsibilities. The Foundation owns Untours, a unique travel company that is the world's first B Corp. Elizabeth helped make Media, PA, the First Fair Trade Town in the Americas, and the Untours Foundation remains active in Fair Trade issues. Elizabeth holds a Masters of Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh. Her prior work experience includes organizational development consulting, anti-hunger advocacy, and organizing for changes in US policy toward Central America.
