Ellie Monahan is a rising senior at Yale University, majoring in American Studies. She lives in New York City and is spending the summer in Los Angeles doing an internship at HBO. Along with her mom Katie Couric and sister Carrie, she has been involved in the fight against cancer since losing her dad Jay Monahan to the disease 14 years ago.
