Elliott Lester

Director, 'Aftermath'

Britsh‐born, LA‐based Elliott Lester is a multi-disciplinary director whose artistic vision and disruptive thinking has made a lasting impression on award‐winning cinema. His acute storytelling can be seen in his April 2017 movie AFTERMATH where Elliott brings a much needed slice of rawness to Hollywood. He entices outstanding performances from Arnold Schwarzenegger & Scoot McNairy in drama‐thriller about a real life mid‐air plane collision. The movie, for Lionsgate Premiere, is produced by Darren Aronofsky, who is also working with Elliott to produce the feature SAVAGE. Elliott’s 2015 movie NIGHTINGALE, starring David Oyelowo, received multiple EMMY nominations and a Golden Globes nomination. The challenging feature about a man’s deteriorating mental health was produced by Brad Pitt’s Plan B production company. The movie earned David a ‘Best Actor’ win at the Critics’ Choice Awards. Originally from London, Elliott began his Hollywood career over twenty years ago directing award‐winning music videos and commercials ‐ taking home Clios, Telly Awards and Cannes Lions for his work. Early in his career he worked for major brands such as McDonald’s, Lexus and Sony and has directed iconic videos for artists including 30 Seconds to Mars, Jessica Simpson, The Fray and Santigold.
