Co-director, Oscar-nominated documentary '5 Broken Cameras'

Emad Burnat is co-director of <a href="http://www.kinolorber.com/5brokencameras/" rel="nofollow">"5 Broken Cameras,"</a> which is nominated for best documentary at this year's Academy Awards. A.O. Scott in the New York Times <a href="http://movies.nytimes.com/2012/05/30/movies/5-broken-cameras-shows-life-in-one-palestinian-village.html?_r=0" rel="nofollow">called</a> the documentary a "rigorous and moving work of art." Burnat, a Palestinian farmer-turned-filmmaker, lives in the village of Bil'in in the Israeli-occupied West Bank.
