Vicki Cobb, the “Julia Child” of hands-on science is a former science teacher with a M.A. in secondary school science. The publication of her classic book, Science Experiments You Can Eat, established her as an innovator in hands-on science. SEYCE has been completely updated and revised for 2016 and includes clever new procedures and information on nutrition, including how to read a nutritional label. In addition to blogging for the Huffington Post, she contributes to the Nonfiction Minute. Vicki Cobb received a Lifetime Achievement Prize from the American Association for the Advancement of Science in 2012.
