Emily Maw is the director of Innocence Project New Orleans (IPNO), a non-profit law office representing innocent, life-sentenced prisoners in Louisiana and Mississippi and advocating for sensible criminal justice policies to reduce wrongful convictions. To date IPNO has freed or exonerated 29 men who served 611 years in prison between them for crimes they did not commit.
