Professor of Information Systems, IE Business School in Madrid

Enrique Dans has been Professor of Information Systems at IE Business School in Madrid since 1990. After graduating in Biological Sciences from the University of Santiago de Compostela, he completed an M.B.A. at IE Business School, a doctorate (Ph.D.) in Information Systems at UCLA and developed postdoctoral studies at Harvard Business School. In his work as a researcher, communicator and consultant, he studies the effects of technology on people, businesses and society as a whole. Besides teaching at IE Business School, Enrique develops consulting work in several startups and established companies, is a regular contributor to various media on issues related to network and technology and writes daily for over ten years on his personal blog, enriquedans.com, one of the world's most popular Spanish language.
