Ester Nafstad
Chairwoman and leader of the Norwegian NORML
Ester Nafstad was elected chairwoman of NORML Norway in 2014. She has experience from the Norwegian refugee field. She has also worked with the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration, Norwegian Red Cross and International Organization for Migration. Nafstad has been a member of several networking groups on human trafficking and violence against women and children. Her interest in human rights and the refugee situation worldwide is what led her into drug policy.
