Eunice Hyon Min Rho is an Advocacy and Policy Counsel with the ACLU, where she provides legislative counsel on issues relating to voter suppression and religious freedom. Previously, she was with the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, where she organized voter protection campaigns and litigated consumer frauds cases. She has worked as an assistant to the General Counsel of The Legal Aid Society in New York City and also as an associate at the law firm of White & Case. She graduated in 2006 from the University of Michigan Law School.
