Founder, Jaded Palate Productions

Faith Wheeler is the founder of Jaded Palate Productions, a San Francisco-based food and wine, branded entertainment company. A veteran of the advertising business starting her career at Ogilvy and Mather, NYC, then Saatchi and Saatchi and Goodby, Berlin and Silverstein, she moved to San Francisco in 1987 and became the Marketing Director for Spectrum Foods, a 60MM white tablecloth restaurant company. In 1993 she launched her own business, Faith Wheeler & Company, serving as a consultant to restaurants, wineries and hotels throughout the country. She has developed successful restaurant groups including Constellation Concepts, Restaurants Unlimited, Blue Water Grill, Town Hall, Salt House, Anchor and Hope and The Slanted Door. She has also written a screenplay and built two studios, one for painting, the other for filming. She was recently described by a client as "a combination of a cool, clear river and a meteor shower."
