Frederick Hertz is a lawyer, mediator and author who currently practices non-traditional family law and mediation in Oakland, California, focusing on the formation and dissolution of property co-ownership agreements and the resolution of property and financial disputes between siblings, families, spouses and domestic partners, business partners, friends, and unmarried couples.
