Gianluca Tognon, ScD is an Italian biologist, trained in epidemiology who specializes in human nutrition. He works as researcher and lecturer at the University of Gothenburg (Sweden) and he is adjunct instructor at the University of Pavia (Italy). He is author and co-author of several scientific publications in international journals.
