Gilbert Fossoun Houngbo is Deputy Director-General for Field Operations and Partnerships at the International Labour Organization (ILO). Mr. Houngbo was previously the Prime Minister of the Republic of Togo from 2008 to 2012. Houngbo is also former Assistant Secretary General, Assistant Administrator & Director of UNDP Africa. He has worked for Price Waterhouse Canada, where he specialized in operational and financial rationalization, financial viability and turnaround services.
