Gina Paigen

Professional coach and leadership consultant

Gina Paigen is a professional coach and leadership consultant who brings over 25 years of diverse experience as a coach, mentor, consultant, front-of-the-room facilitator, entrepreneur, musician and artist.

Gina defines her life purpose as “evolving human consciousness,” and is currently focusing her work around creating a new, global conscious leadership paradigm. In her words, “When we cocreate connection; to ourselves, to each other, and to our purpose, we awaken greater levels of consciousness, presence and transformation.”

Gina is also passionate about redefining and integrating our expressions of the masculine and the feminine, and she recently presented a piece entitled “From Fear to Forgiveness to Forward” at the TEDxBuffaloWomen event in Buffalo, NY.

Prior to taking the leap into full-time coaching and leadership development work, she spent 17 years as founder and CEO of a multi-million dollar historic restoration business, which she built from the ground up with little more than a telephone and a box of business cards.Gina received her Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in 2011; she is a graduate of the CTI Leadership program and a certified practitioner of The Leadership Circle Profile 360 Assessment.

Gina is an avid reader and a life-long learner; she is currently enrolled in a year-long Integral Spirituality program entitled “Birthing a New We”, she continues to explore her creative interests, and she volunteers for several community boards and organizations. Gina has two grown children and makes her home in Buffalo, New York.
