Glenn Hubbard is the dean of Columbia Business School as well as the Russell L. Carson Professor of Finance and Economics. He served as the Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisors under President George W. Bush. Mr. Hubbard is also the author of several books, including Aid Trap -- Hard Truths About Ending Poverty and Healthy, Wealthy and Wise -- Five Steps to a Better Healthcare System.
