Gluten Dude

Gluten Dude is the voice behind the popular blog of the same name. Diagnosed with celiac disease in 2007, when his doctor said his numbers were “off the charts,” his expectations were to feel better immediately after going gluten-free. To his dismay, it wasn’t even close. After years of frustration with his health, he decided to start his blog to connect with other celiacs and to share his celiac journey. To his amazement, he has heard stories from hundreds of other celiacs who not only struggle with their health, but with the perception of what having celiac disease means.
