Gordon Brown is Field Security Officer with the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP). He previously served more than 20 years in the Specialist arm of the British Army, and has also worked as humanitarian deminer and EOD (explosive ordnance device) clearance advisor. He is the father of 2 wonderful children and is based at WFP headquarters in Rome, Italy.
