CEO and co-founder of codeSpark

Grant is the CEO and co-founder of codeSpark, a venture backed learning game company turning programming into play. The LEGO Foundation recently honored codeSpark as a global company “Re-imagining Learning."

Since 1999, Grant has been a product and marketing executive for several start-ups, including eHarmony and the award-winning digital agency ZAAZ (acquired by WPP). Prior to founding codeSpark Grant was a Sr. Director at Idealab, a tech incubator that has started over 125 companies since 1996. Grant was responsible for evaluating early stage ideas so the best could be turned into companies.

Grant has a MA from The Fletcher School (Tufts University) and a BA from Claremont McKenna College. He lives with his author wife, three kids and a goofy pug near Los Angeles.
