Prior to his time at the White House, he served as a policy advisor at the U.S. Agency for International Development. He also previously served in the White House Council on Environmental Quality and the White House Office of Legislative Affairs. Greg is a graduate of The Ohio State University and is a native of Buffalo, NY.
