Greg Perreault is an assistant professor of multimedia journalism at Appalachian State University. He holds a Ph.D. from the Missouri School of Journalism and a master’s degree from the Communication, Culture and Technology program at Georgetown University. Prior to entering academia, Perreault worked as a reporter at the Palm Beach Post. He continues to freelance and has had work published at USA Today, The Los Angeles Times and the Miami Herald.
