Gunhild A. Stordalen is the founder and president of the EAT Foundation. She is a medical doctor from the University of Oslo. Together with her husband Petter A. Stordalen, she funded the Stordalen Foundation. She is a driving force in linking climate, health and sustainability. She serves on the board of several NGOs, such as the Zero Emission Resource Organization, ECOHZ Renewable Energy Foundation, the international advisory board of the Stockholm Resilience Centre, and private enterprises such as ECOHZ and Nordic Choice Hotels. She is also a member of the Scaling Up Nutrition (SUN) Movement. She has been Environmental Hero of the Year by WWF Sweden in 2014, and appointed as Young Global Leader by World Economic Forum in 2015.
