Harriet Gordon is an independent documentary filmmaker with a long track record of award-winning films for British, European and American television made with Peter Getzels in far-flung corners of the world. Their subjects range from anthropology and science, to the fringes of religion, with dare-devil adventures thrown in. Harriet also writes an occasional blog based on her unfinished book 'My Tribe Comes Too;' a collection of essays on film, family and anthropology (lite) about being a mother, filmmaker and wife. Once an American expat living in Britain, now a British expat living in America, Harriet rolls with dialectical, old world/new world identity swings.
